Signalway’s support and engineering teams evaluate every technical inquiry through the lens of High-Traffic Resilience (HTR). We do not just look at "if it works," we look at how it fails under the unique conditions of the Turkish mobile internet landscape—primarily focusing on ISP throttling during national events and peak congestion in metropolitan areas like Istanbul and Izmir.
Our limits are defined by physical infrastructure: while we can optimize local hops down to sub-10ms, we are honest about the trade-offs of global routing. If your request falls outside our performance envelope, our engineers will tell you upfront rather than promising unattainable results. This "Limits First" approach ensures that when we do sign an SLA, we hit it every single time.
