This means your behavioral patterns, location history, and contact lists are of no interest to us unless they directly impact your in-game latency.
Our data processing is decentralized. Whenever possible, we utilize Local Edge Processing. This technical approach ensures that sensitive diagnostic data is processed on regional servers in Istanbul or Ankara before being discarded, rather than being stored in long-term global databases. This significantly reduces the window of exposure and ensures compliance with Turkish personal data protection laws (KVKK) and international standards.
In the event of a technical shift—such as a game engine update moving calculations to the server-side—we will notify you via a 'Signal Alert' within the application. These alerts provide a clear breakdown of how the change affects your data footprint and your competitive performance, allowing you to make an informed choice before proceeding.

Core Integrity Assumption
We assume that users prefer ping stability over visual data richness. If a privacy setting conflicts with connection stability, we default to the most private setting that allows the game to function.
Hard Constraints
We will never request access to your device's microphone, camera, or photo library for any of our optimization tools. If an application asks for these, it is not a genuine Signalway product.
View Shifts
We would only change our view on storage duration if local Turkish telecommunication regulations mandate longer retention records for cybersecurity auditing.

All data transmission between the Signalway client and our processing nodes utilizes high-grade encryption. We employ end-to-end TLS 1.3 for all operational traffic. Our Istanbul-based servers are located in Tier III data centers with 24/7 physical security, biometric access controls, and redundant power systems to ensure your data is never compromised by external surges or system failures.
Signalway does not utilize persistent cookies for tracking. We only use essential session tokens to maintain your login state throughout a session.
