Failure to comply poses a significant risk to the Signalway ecosystem and may result in immediate hardware-level revocation of access.

01/05 User Authorization & Eligibility

Signalway grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our gaming applications strictly for personal, non-commercial use. To maintain the competitive standard in Turkey’s vibrant mobile gaming scene, users must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental consent. We reserves the right to audit connection metadata to ensure compliance with regional licensing.

02/05 Intellectual Property Assets

Our proprietary engine, including its visual assets, server-side code, and latency optimization algorithms, remains the exclusive property of Signalway. We protect our "The Latency Blueprint" with the same intensity as a professional player protects their k/d ratio. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution of these assets will be met with immediate legal action under Turkish and international IP laws.

03/05 Limitation of Liability

While we aim for Erciyes-peak levels of stability, the internet is an unpredictable environment. Signalway provides its services "as-available" and "as-is." We cannot be held responsible for hardware failure, regional ISP fluctuations, or thermal throttling on the user's device.

Performance Trade-offs

Signalway optimizes for the competitive edge. This means prioritizing frame stability over visual fidelity in high-heat scenarios. The choice between ‘High Performance’ and ‘Cinema Quality’ is at the user’s discretion.

Service Outages

Scheduled maintenance in the Istanbul and Ankara data centers is required to maintain sub-15ms latency. We provide 24-hour notice, but emergency hotfixes may occur without prior notification.

04/05 Governance & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Beyoğlu, Istanbul. By using this site, you waive any right to collective legal action and agree to individual arbitration should any technical or contractual disagreement occur.
